Terms of Service

Who can play

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the game or the site.
• If you are under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.

The preview

The game is in preview. It is free, and it is still being built, so games, rewards and features may change, break or be removed at any time.

You play as a guest: the game makes a guest account for you, and your progress is saved on our server under it. If you clear your browser’s data or change device without first adding an email in Settings → Account, the guest account cannot be found again and we cannot restore it. We may also reset preview progress when the game changes.

Coins and in-game items

• Coins are earned by playing. They cannot be bought, and they have no cash value.
• Coins cannot be withdrawn, sold, transferred to another player, or exchanged for money, crypto or anything outside the game.
• The starter athletes and anything from the shop are licences to use those items in the game. They are not property and cannot be sold or transferred. Coins cannot unlock any other athlete.
• We may correct balances and items that result from a bug, an error or a breach of these terms.

Digital collectibles

Nothing is sold on this site today. If digital collectibles of the athletes are offered in the future, separate terms will govern them and will be published before any sale. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or financial, legal or tax advice.

Fair play

Please play fairly. You agree not to:

• cheat, use bots or scripts, or exploit bugs to gain coins, items or scores;
• tamper with the game, its saved data or its servers, or try to get around any limit or protection;
• use the game or site to break the law or to harm, harass or deceive anyone;
• pretend to be us, or use our name to sell anything or ask anyone for money, keys or seed phrases.

We may reset progress or stop you using the game if you break these rules.

Our content

The game, the athletes and their art, the music, sound and text are owned by Athlete Domains LLC or used under licence (see Credits inside the game). We give you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to play the game for your own entertainment. You may share screenshots and videos of your play; you may not copy, resell or redistribute the game or its art.

No warranty, and limits on liability

The game and site are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that progress will be kept.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Athlete Domains LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost data or progress, arising from your use of the game or site. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Changes to these terms

We will update these terms as the game grows, and change the date at the top when we do. If a change matters, we will say so in the game before it applies. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
